Durable solar mounting with roof-safe construction against waterproofing problems using aluminum rails and stainless steel fixing bolts

Specification
– Modules: Hanwha Q CELLS 635W * 8 sheets (total 5.08kW)
– Inverters: Korea 3.5kW * 2 (Korea, KS connection box built-in)
– Structure: Roof-mounted zinc roof attachment type (aluminum rails and stainless steel fixing bolts)

Installation analysis
– This installation was carried out on the roof of a house. It was configured to sufficiently supply electric power by combining 8 Hanwha Q CELLS 635W modules with 2 Korea 3.5kW inverters. Since it is a roof-mounted installation, it has excellent space utilization, and it was constructed without using anchors and by attaching rails to the zinc roof so as not to damage the existing roof. We secured sufficient space between the module and the roof to enhance ventilation and minimize the decrease in power generation efficiency due to high temperatures in summer. We also secured safety by thoroughly finishing the wiring and grounding.

Safely and perfectly install solar power generation facilities while maintaining space with roof-mounted installation

Expected power generation
– Average daily power generation: Approximately 19~22kWh (based on clear days)
– Monthly power generation: Approximately 570~660kWh
– Annual power generation: Estimated to be approximately 6,900~8,000kWh

Structure specifications
– Main structure: Aluminum rail (reinforced corrosion resistance)
– Fixing bolts: Stainless steel anti-corrosion bolts
– Installation type: Zinc roof attachment (rail fixed to roof)
– Safety device: Stability enhanced with fixed wire and anchor fastening

Installation angle
– Installation at approximately 15~20 degrees depending on the roof slope
– Direction: Facing south to maximize power generation
